This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
✔ Wrong Product Received
You received an item different from what you ordered.
✔ Damaged or Leaking Product
If the product is damaged, broken, or leaked during transit.
✔ Missing Items
If any item from your order is missing.
✔ Expired Product
If you receive an expired or near-expiry product.
Note:
Products cannot be returned for personal dislike, taste, or if used/opened.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Proof such as photos/video of the product and package must be provided.
- The product must be returned with all accessories, labels, and bill/invoice.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Discounted or promotional products (unless damaged or defective)
- Orders after 48 hours of delivery
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund may be issued in the following ways:
- Original payment method (if applicable)
- Bank transfer
- Store credit / coupon
Refund is applicable only if:
- The return is approved after inspection
- The product meets all return conditions
Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it with the same product after verification.
Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days after approval.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
7. Return Shipping Charges
- If the product delivered is damaged, wrong, or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer mistake (e.g., wrong address), return shipping charges may apply.
