- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after working hours will be processed the next business day.
- In case of high order volume or stock unavailability, processing may take slightly longer.
If any major delay occurs, we will notify you via phone or email.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We deliver orders across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- location
- courier efficiency
- weather conditions
- local restrictions
- festivals or holidays
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
- From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping as part of promotions or minimum order value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a:
- tracking number
- courier partner name
- tracking link
You can track your shipment through the provided link until delivery.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please enter your delivery address carefully.
We are not responsible for:
- failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- customer not available at time of delivery
- contact numbers not reachable
If a shipment returns due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing/wrong:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- order number
- photos/video of the package and product
- description of the issue
We will assist you with replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only deliver within India.
8. Change or Cancellation of Order
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you need changes, contact us immediately after placing the order.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- courier companies
- natural disasters
- political issues
- strikes
- pandemics
- uncontrollable events
We will try our best to assist, but such delays are not under our control.
